Over the last four decades the firm has vast, hardcore and sound experience in the area of statutory audit, internal audit, Company law matters, Direct and Indirect Taxation including various types of Bank audits.
Earlier the firm was established as a proprietary concern but over the period of time in 2003 it was reconstructed as Partnership firm with the addition of the young, enthusiastic and vast knowledge holder of Shri Paresh Shah as partner of the firm. To pursue our objective more ambitiously we improved our strength with the addition of new partner Shri Yash Bhavsar in 2021.
