Shri CA Laherchand Khubchand Shah (L.K. Shah)

Born in small village of Banaskantha district with physical disability but with strong mental stand he started achieving the milestones in his life.

Completed his primary education up to 4th standard in small village near native place and after that he join boarding school from 5th to 11th std. in Jain boarding school at Palanpur. He had completed his higher and Bachelor in commerce in Vallabh Vidhyanagar.

Then he joined the most reputed professional course in the field of commerce i.e. Chartered Accountant in Ahmedabad. Early on those days there were few CA firms available in Ahmedabad and having a problem of conveyance, availability of hostels etc there after he has to face lot many problems for getting registration of articleship and during the work of the articleship too. He has never put himself in comfort zone because of his physical problem as his willingness is brighter than his problems.

His futuristic vision and mindset never let him down during the self study of the Chartered Accountancy course not only that but he has also completed his Master of Commerce and LLB during these period and finally in 1973 he has added most valuable prefix before his name i.e. CA.

He came into the practice field with his younger brother Mr. R.K Shah in early 1974. As like earlier stage even after becoming CA it was not the easiest task to do practice and survive in the field but as says “People who always kept trying never defeating.”

He was very gentle to the profession and always took care of his subordinates and staffs of the office, his kind and helping nature always put the good imprints in the heart of the people. He was always influencing their articles to achieve the goal. He had never in his carrier miss out the due diligence; his working style and era always remembered by our clients even after the 40-45 years.

During his professional carrier he works with various industries like banking, pharmacy, electric machineries, Courier agencies, Chemicals etc. Working in the field of direct taxes is never the easy task but he learnt it and applied it to the knowledge and solved the client’s raid cases, scrutiny assessments and regular assessment cases too.

Today he is not with us but his guidance and his loving memories always remains in our heart.

Paresh Shah - Partner

Mr. Paresh Shah is the son of Late Shri L. K. Shah and also co-founder of the firm. He has joined the firm since 2003 follows the experience of 19 years. He is DISA qualified from ICAI. He has completed his bachelor of commerce from the H.L institute of commerce and handling the various types of the Audit works like statutory, governments, public trust, Internal, co-operative societies and bank audits too.

He is specialised in the sector of Direct tax and appearing before the Income tax officer, CIT (Appeals), ITAT, Investigation departments etc. His strength in the above matters built up the confidence of the clients towards our firm.

Leading from the front towards the any work of the firm is the best quality of him and co-ordination is the inner power which has been articulate by him towards our team and office subordinates. His guiding style makes more comfortable to the team towards the work and compliance. He is very much passionate and dedicated to the work. The detailed observation, priority towards the works makes the duly compliance in time.

Shri Ramesh K. Shah - Senior Financial Consultant

Mr. R. K. Shah is associated with the firm since 1974. He has completed his bachelor of commerce in Ahmedabad and associate with firm since inception of the firm. He is the guiding person to the firm in every step.

He is tax practitioner having vide and in depth knowledge of the indirect taxation areas. His spiritual guidance is always worthiness towards team of the firm. His truly experience of accounting and finance makes easier task for the team if there is any ambiguity in the work.

He is specialised in appearing before the VAT authority and State department of indirect taxation. His supportive and kind nature gives team freely working atmosphere.
